UNIY Keys provides digital software license keys and related products. All items offered on our platform are delivered electronically, and no physical shipping is required.
1. Digital Delivery Only
All products purchased from UNIY Keys are delivered digitally to the email address you provide at checkout. You will not receive any physical item in the mail. Delivery is handled electronically and is usually instant.
2. Delivery Timeframe
In most cases, delivery is processed automatically and you will receive your license key within:
- 1–5 minutes for successful payments
- Up to 30 minutes during high traffic or manual verification
If your order requires additional review (e.g., security validation, email correction), delivery may take slightly longer. In rare cases, delays can occur due to payment processing issues.

Your purchased license key, instructions, and order details will be sent to:

5. Incorrect Email Address
If you entered an incorrect email address during checkout, we may be able to help update it. Proof of purchase and verification may be required. Delivery to an incorrect email address due to customer error is not eligible for refunds unless the key remains unused.
6. Delivery Confirmation
A delivery confirmation email will be sent once your order is processed. This email includes:
- Your license key
- Order details
- Activation instructions (if applicable)
7. System Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their device meets the system requirements for the software they purchase. Digital products delivered successfully are considered received, regardless of device compatibility.
