At UNIY Keys, we strive to provide fast and reliable delivery of digital software license keys. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, our refund policy differs from physical goods.
1. General Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under specific conditions where a license key cannot be activated due to a verified issue related to the product delivered by us.
You may request a refund within 15 days from the date of delivery if the conditions below are met.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
The following cases are not eligible for refunds:
- The license key has already been activated or redeemed
- The software vendor shows that the key was used, linked, or assigned to an account/device
- The key was purchased for an incorrect platform, edition, or region chosen by the customer
- The customer changed their mind after receiving a valid, unused key
- System incompatibility issues where the software requirements were not met on the customer’s device
3. Refunds for Activation Issues
If you receive a license key that cannot be activated, we will first assist you with troubleshooting steps. In many cases, activation issues can be resolved through correct installation or vendor account setup.
If the issue cannot be resolved, we may offer a replacement key or a refund, provided that:
- The key remains unused and unactivated
- Clear evidence (such as screenshots or error messages) is provided
- Our team verifies that the issue is related to the key itself
4. Incorrect or Wrong Product Delivered
If you receive a product that does not match your order, you are eligible for a refund or replacement. The incorrect key must be unused and unactivated.
5. Delivery Issues
Digital delivery is usually instant. If you did not receive your product:
- Check your email spam/junk folder
- Ensure the email provided during checkout is correct
- Contact us for assistance
If the product was delivered successfully to the email you provided, and the key is valid and unused, non-delivery caused by email issues on the customer’s side is not a valid reason for refund.
6. Fraudulent or Abusive Claims
UNIY Keys reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, chargeback manipulation, or attempts to obtain multiple licenses improperly.
